I have had more courgettes I just haven't photographed them all.  I've also had some home grown chives.  That's about it this month.

    Yummy courgettes - what are you going to make with them?? Courgette bhaji is my favourite - or maybe a courgette cake - oh my tummy is rumbling just looking at them. Well done on your harvest.

      I make a lovely vegan chocolate courgette cake, the rest tend to end up added to stirfries or fajitas, but I like the idea of courgette bhajis I will have to try that!
