See if there's anything going on in your area, or just visit your local library for lovely free books, internet access, newspapers, magazines, kids and adults activities and general larks!!
What a great day to celebrate our libraries. I absolutely love visiting our local library, we go a couple of times a week, my children have always enjoyed choosing which book to have that week - If I see a book on a blog I visit that I like the look of I always check it out of my library before deciding whether to invest in it or not. I have saved a ton of money that way.
