Street Art and Graffiti, Cardiff.

Last week we popped to Cardiff, and I enjoyed spotting some lovely street art and graffiti while we were there,

The man with the accordion was my favourite!

Do you have any interesting street art where you are?

You can see more of my street art photos from Birmingham and Rio De Janeiro.

  1. Hope the weather was kind, been raining on and off in South Wales. I recognise some of the graffiti art, but not all of it. I am going into Cardiff next Friday, the Tiger Bay area now known as Cardiff Bay - but not for pleasure, for work. But I do try and play tourist if the the time allows and i am there early. Hope you had a good trip. We were actually in Bath yesterday for Valentines and had a meal at a veggie cafe called Green Rocket.

    1. Thank you Shaheen, we had a lovely time, but it was freezing! (no rain at least!) We liked Cardiff, it's so pretty and everyone was so friendly. Your trip to Bath sounds lovely, I've always wanted to go there.

  2. Aw those are some great pieces of street art - I love the John Peel one especially. Here in Detroit, we have a lot of great pieces of street art especially around the Eastern Market, it's so inspiring!

  3. I love the Keep It Peel one! Spotting street art is a favourite pastime of mine, especially when travelling. Brussels has some awesome stuff, a lot of it Tintin themed, and Bristol is probably my favourite graffiti destination in the UK.

  4. Hi Susie. Nice blog :) Thanks for highlighting the street art in Cardiff. Some of the pieces you managed to photograph have now sadly disappeared or have been painted over, so it's a great source of archive material. I have a pinterest board of Cardiff street art and graff, if you're interested: https://www.pinterest.com/barrydiamondtoo/street-art-cardiff-south-wales/
